To be eligible for this licence, you must:
- hold a licence allowing you to acquire SSAN
- be at least 18 years old
- be a suitable person to hold the authority
- have a genuine reason for carrying your intended activities
- ensure you and your associate's character and reputation is suitable.
You will need a licence to store on premises or in a magazine if you intend to explosives are to be stored overnight.
Any person who will have unsupervised access to SSAN will need to undergo a security check and be listed on your security plan.
