Lodging House Licence - South Australia

Description

You will need this licence to use all or part of a building as a lodging house. Lodging houses are accommodation that is let for the purpose of lodgings or board, and is occupied by five or more persons. Occupants may share facilities (such as toilets, bathrooms and kitchens) for individual use but shall not include any building which that is defined as a flat nor any motel, hotel, health care facility or any licenced supported residential facility.
