Marine Parks Permit - South Australia

Description

You will need this permit to undertake a prohibited activity in a marine park. This may include:

  • commercial tour operation
  • commercial film making, photography and sound recording
  • water sport events or competitions
  • scientific research
  • installation of moorings.

This permit relates to use of a marine park only. You will need to obtain any other authorisations necessary to conduct the activity itself. However, you will not require this permit if you already have:

  • a commercial tour operator's licence
  • a filming and photography permit
  • an event licence
  • a scientific permit.
