Medical Practitioner Registration - South Australia

Description

You need to be registered with the Medical Board of Australia to practise and use the protected title as a medical practitioner. 

There are six types of registration offered to practitioners:

  • general
  • specialist
  • provisional
  • limited
  • non-practising
  • student.

  • hold an approved qualification
  • meet the requirements stated in the registration standards.
