National Code of Practice for Precast, Tilt-up and Concrete Elements in Building Construction - South Australia

You may need to comply with this code to work with precast, tilt-up and concrete elements in building construction. A concrete element is a concrete panel or other precast concrete element, made in either an on or off site casting yard that is cast then lifted into position to form part of a building. This does not include concrete pipes, bridge beams and culverts.

This code provides practical guidance on ways to eliminate hazards and minimise risks in the safe handling of precast, tilt-up and concrete elements in building construction.
