Permit to Collect Native Plant Material - South Australia

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to collect native plant material from public land for commercial activities. Commercial activities include:

  • propagation and sale
  • botanic garden collections
  • the use of bush food in cuisine
  • other business purposes.

This permit will allow you to collect native plant material from all native plant species except endangered, threatened, vulnerable or rare species listed in the legislation.
