You will need this licence to construct or operate an offshore pipeline for conveying petroleum. An offshore pipeline includes a pipe or system of pipes located on a seabed within South Australian coastal waters.
Licence holders are authorised to operate and maintain the pipeline to which their licence relates. If your licence is granted for a proposed pipeline, you will be authorised under this licence to construct or complete the construction of the relevant pipeline.
You may need additional authorisation if the relevant pipeline is located, wholly or partly, on land within South Australia or extends outside of South Australia.
