Permission to Obstruct Streets and Footways - City of Salisbury - South Australia

Description

You will need this permission to obstruct a street or footpath by either placing, installing or erecting any object or material on council land. This includes activities such as:

  • erecting ladders, hoardings or scaffolding over a footpath or road
  • driving or parking vehicles on footpaths
  • unloading goods or placing articles on streets
  • undertaking works that obstruct the footpath by pipes or tubes (for example, steam cleaning carpets).
