Permission to Place or Display a Moveable Sign - City of Charles Sturt - South Australia

Description

You may need this permission to place a moveable sign on council land or structure, such as a footpath, building or road. A moveable sign includes the following:

  • advertisements
  • signs
  • banners.

A banner is any strip of cloth, plastic or other material hung or attached to a pole, fence or other structure.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, you will need to supply the following information with your application:

  • a sample of the wording to be placed on the sign(s)
  • Certificate of Currency showing a minimum ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00) Public Liability Insurance
  • insurance schedule detailing all inclusions and any exclusions to the Public Liability Insurance Policy.

Note: Tax invoices are not considered sufficient evidence of a Public Liability Insurance Policy.
