You will need this permit to conduct or participate in any filming or photography for a commercial purpose on council land. You may be required to complete an application if you are:
- a commercial business or media production company
- a not-for-profit organisation
- a student of a media-related topic / course.
Though the Council can provide permission to film at specific locations, it does not guarantee exclusive hire. There may be members of the public in the vicinity during your preferred filming time, and you may require their permission if they appear in your filming.
