Description

You will need this permit to conduct or participate in any filming or photography for a commercial purpose on council land. You may be required to complete an application if you are:

  • a commercial business or media production company
  • a not-for-profit organisation
  • a student of a media-related topic / course.

  • if claiming a student subsidy, you will need to provide proof of study on the appropriate letterhead for the organisation
  • if claiming a community event / non-profit organisation subsidy, you will need to provide proof of registration from the Australian Tax Office
  • if proceeds go to charity, you will need to provide a certificate for registered charity.
