You will need this permit to either hold or conduct a marriage ceremony, funeral or special event on Council land. This includes erecting a marquee, stage or structure for the purpose of holding or conducting a wedding, funeral or special event.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
You will be required to keep a public liability insurance policy at a minimum of $10 million.
