Permit to Light a Fire on Council Land - City of Salisbury - South Australia

Description

Persons wishing to light and maintain a fire in the open air require a permit under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 2005. The permit does not authorise the lighting of a fire during fire danger season or a total fire ban. "Burning off" is not permitted in residential backyards under any circumstances. Persons intending to burn matter should contact the Council to obtain a permit.
