Permit to Light a Fire on Council Land - Town of Gawler - South Australia

Description

Persons wishing to light and maintain a fire in the open air during fire danger season may require a permit under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 2005. The permit does not authorise the lighting of a fire during a total fire ban. Persons intending to burn matter should contact the Council to ascertain whether a permit is required.
No burning is permitted in any Residential Zoned Area within the Town of Gawler.
