Plumbing, Gas Fitting or Electrical Contractors Licence - South Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to enter into a contract to carry out:

  • work on water or sanitary plumbing and drainage and installation or testing of backflow prevention devices
  • work on gas pipes or equipment downstream of gas supply meters and gas storage tanks / cylinders
  • installation, alteration, repair or maintenance of electrical systems, fitting, fixtures, appliances and devices.

The person(s) that will carry out the contracted work will need to be registered as a plumbing, gas fitting or electrical worker.
