You will need this registration if you are an accredited planning or building professional and intend to be involved in assessing development applications.

There are various classes of accreditation applicable to building and planning professionals, each with different levels of decision-making power and different legislative and regulatory requirements. These classes include:

  • Assessment Manager
  • Assessment Panel Member
  • Accredited Professional.
