You will need this registration if you intend to work as a property manager. Property managers manage residential and commercial properties on behalf of a registered land agent.

Registered property managers:

  • conduct inspections
  • perform appraisals
  • sign agency agreements
  • negotiate leases.

If you are a registered real estate sales representative, you may apply to have the property management condition added to your existing registration.
