Pyrotechnic Displays Business Licence - SA - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to carry on a business of conducting or arranging fireworks displays or special effects displays.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible, natural persons must:

Body corporate applicants must provide:

a copy of their Certificate of Incorporation
a copy of documentation listing all Directors of the body corporate
a current National Police Certificate
the full name, address and contact details of each of the directors of the body corporate
a Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency.
