Real Estate Sales Representative Registration - South Australia


You will need this registration if you intend to work as a real estate sales representative. Registered sales representatives work for land agents and are involved in the selling and leasing of land and businesses.

Real estate sales representatives who have additional qualifications in property management and / or as an auctioneer can have these conditions added to their registration.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this registration, you must:

  • have the relevant qualifications
  • provide a National Police Certificate dated within 12 months
  • not have been convicted of an offence involving dishonesty in the last 10 years.

An 'in training' registration is available if you are working towards obtaining the relevant qualifications.
