You will require this registration if you use, manage or interact with a sealed radioactive source in the process of carrying out your business. A sealed radioactive source is any radioactive substance bonded or sealed in such a way that minimises the possibility of dispersion of that radioactive substance while allowing the emission of ionising radiation for use as required.
