Description

You will need this authority if you intend to acquire and use Security Sensitive Ammonium Nitrate (SSAN). The licence authorises the following activities in relation to SSAN:

  • manufacture
  • storage
  • transport
  • import / export
  • purchase
  • sale / supply.

Security Sensitive Ammonium Nitrate is defined as pure ammonium nitrate, or any mixture containing greater than 45 percent ammonium nitrate.
