Description

Accreditation is required if you are producing the following type of seed sprouts (young seedlings) intended for human consumption from:

  • alfalfa, broccoli, clover, onion, radish or sunflower seeds or other seeds
  • mung beans or other beans
  • snow peas or other peas.
