Small Venue Liquor Licence - South Australia

Description

You will need this licence to sell liquor at a small venue within the Adelaide central business district for consumption on the premises without providing food.

Licence holders:

  • can sell liquor for consumption on the premises on any day between 8am and 2am and without the need to provide food
  • must ensure the number of patrons on their premises does not exceed 120 at any time.

There are two optional additions to this licence:

  • extension of trading area
  • consent to host prescribed entertainment at your venue.
