Street Trader's Licence - South Australia


A street trader's licence is required to sell or display anything for sale, set up stands, stalls tables or displays, sing, chant or play a musical instrument or operate a food van on streets. Vehicles used for the sale of food must be inspected by the Environmental Health Officer under the Public and Environmental Health Act 1987.

Charitable Groups & Community Organisations - nil
Businesses - $111.10 per day

Mobile Vendors:
Businesses - $20.50 per day up to 14 days, $310 per annum
Charitable Groups - $10.25 per day up to 14 days, $155 per annum
