Description

A street trader's licence may be required to sell or display anything for sale, set up stands, stalls, tables or displays; sing, chant or play a musical instrument; or operate a food van on streets. Vehicles used for the sale of food may need to be inspected by the Environmental Health Officer under the Public and Environmental Health Act 1987.
