Description

You will need this licence if you intend to:

  • set up stands, stalls, tables or displays
  • sing, chant or play a musical instrument
  • operate a food van on streets.

Vehicles used for the sale of food may need to be inspected by the Environmental Health Officer under the Public and Environmental Health Act 1987.
