Vehicle Standards Exemption Permit - South Australia

Description

You will need this permit if you own or operate a heavy vehicle and are seeking an exemption from compliance with a heavy vehicle standard applying to the vehicle. A heavy vehicle is a vehicle with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) or an aggregate trailer mass (ATM) of more than 4.5 tonnes.

Exemption permits may apply to one or more heavy vehicles.
