Well Construction Permit - SA - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to construct a well that is deeper than 2.5 metres. It should be noted that only a person with a well drillers licence can complete permitted well construction work.

Well construction permits are available to be lodged online through the MyWater portal.
