White Shark Tour Licence - South Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to operate a business that provides white shark tours in the Neptune Islands Conservation Park and the area known as the Neptune Islands Group (Ron and Valerie Taylor) Marine Park.

This licence will authorise you to:

  • conduct white shark tours from vessels using purpose built cages for both surface and sea-floor cage dives
  • use specific methods to attract white sharks, such as fish based attractant and underwater sound projection.

A maximum of three licences to conduct white shark tours may be in force at any one time. All licences have been allocated and no new licences are currently available.
