Description

You will need to deposit all monies received into an approved funeral trust if you intend to operate a funeral business that offers prepaid funerals. A prepaid funeral is a funeral in which:

  • the funeral arrangements are predetermined
  • a contract is signed
  • money is paid in advance by the person for whom the funeral will be for.
