Description

You will need Authorisation if you intend to test, seal or program taxi meters. Responsibilities of an authorised meter adjuster include:

  • ensuring that taximeters are operating correctly
  • issuing certificates to operators of taxi licences
  • sealing taximeters to ensure no other person can tamper with them.
