Authorised Meter Adjuster - Tasmania

Description

You will need to be authorised if you intend to test, seal or program taxi meters. Authorised meter adjusters are able to undertake activities including:

  • ensuring that taximeters are operating correctly
  • issuing certificates to operators of taxi licences
  • sealing taximeters to ensure no other person can tamper with them.
