You may need to comply with this code if you intend to spray chemicals in a public place.

The purpose of this code is to provide a clear statement of responsibilities and minimum standards for spraying contractors and employees who apply chemical products for weed or insect control in a public place in Tasmania, by any means other than aerial spraying.
