You may need to follow certain Departmental guidelines if you undertake certain activities for the purposes of, or in connection to, the design, construction, surveillance or decommissioning of a dam. Examples of such activities include:
- preparing design plans and specifications
- preconstruction, investigation, design and reporting
- supervising construction and decommissioning
- preparing Notice of Completion reports
- preparing other similar reports and safety reviews.
