Farm Dairy Premises Effluent Management Code of Practice - Tasmania

Description

You will need to comply with this code if you are licensed to operate or own a dairy farm. A dairy farm is any premises where cows are kept or milked for the purpose of producing milk for profit or sale.

This code regulates the management of dairy farm effluent. Dairy farm effluent includes solid and liquid matter emanating from milk spillage, faeces, urine, waste water from milking, cleaning and yard washdown activities.
