Fishing Licence (Banded Morwong) - Tasmania

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to catch or sell banded morwong. This licence must be used in conjunction with a fishing licence (scalefish A) or fishing licence (scalefish B) - the gear licence.

To obtain a licence you must purchase a licence package from an existing licence holder. A licence package will also be comprised of a fishing licence (vessel) with the vessel length category appropriate for your fishing vessel.

The fisher will need to hold a fishing licence (personal), which allows a person to commercially take and sell fish.

This fishing licence is subject to the rules of the applicable management plan, rules for recreational and commercial fishing and any other specified conditions.
