Fishing Licence (Danish seine or Limited Danish seine) - Tasmania

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to fish using a Danish seine net. There are two types of licence:

  • fishing licence (danish seine)
  • fishing licence (limited danish seine).

All Danish seine licences must be used in conjunction with a fishing licence (vessel) in the appropriate vessel length category.

The fisher will need to hold a fishing licence (personal), which allows a person to commercially take and sell fish.

Significant restrictions and legislated rules apply to the application of this licence.
