Gas Customer Transfer and Reconciliation Code - Tasmania

Description

You may need to comply with this code if you intend to sell gas.

This code sets out:

  • the obligations concerning the provision of information relating to delivery points to enable a customer to transfer to a different retailer
  • the process by which a customer can be transferred to a different retailer
  • the standards for meters and metering installations at customer delivery points
  • the allocation and reconciliation of gas quantities between retailers at receipt points.
