You must comply with these guidelines if you intend to sell smoking products over the counter or via a vending machine. Smoking products include:
- electronic cigarettes
- personal vaporisers
- electronic cigarette liquid or cartridges
- cigars
- cigarettes
- any product of which tobacco is an ingredient
- any device designed or intended only for use with tobacco.
These guidelines set out the requirements you must abide by regarding signs, pricing tickets and price boards.
