Guidelines for the Sale of Smoking Products - Tasmania

Description

You must comply with these guidelines if you intend to sell smoking products over the counter or via a vending machine. Smoking products include:

  • electronic cigarettes
  • personal vaporisers
  • electronic cigarette liquid or cartridges
  • cigars
  • cigarettes
  • any product of which tobacco is an ingredient
  • any device designed or intended only for use with tobacco.

These guidelines set out the requirements you must abide by regarding signs, pricing tickets and price boards.
