You will need this licence if you intend to engage in harness horse racing. There are three classes of licence:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible for this licence you must satisfy all the relevant licensing requirements as outlined in the attached document.
Annual (the season runs from 1 September to 31 August).
