Interim Authority to Act as Licensee - Tasmania

Description

You will need this authority if you intend to act as the licensee of a licensed liquor premises where the current licensee is unable or unwilling to exercise the authority of the licence.

An interim authority may be applied for when a licensee will be away from the licensed premises for a lengthy period of time (such as long service leave, maternity leave or service in the armed forces).
