Loading Zone - Exemption Certificate - Tasmania

Description

You will need this certificate if you intend to park in a loading zone and do not want to display the name and address of the registered operator on the side of the vehicle. An example of this could include a cash collection service or a pharmaceutical delivery service where display of the name and address of the registered owner is considered to pose an unacceptable security risk.

Loading zones are parking areas set aside for short term use by vehicles when loading or unloading goods in the course of business. A bus may also use a loading zone to set down or pick up passengers. A Loading Zone Exemption Certificate is in the form of a self-adhesive windscreen label. The label must be affixed to your vehicle for it to be valid.
