Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age and considered sufficiently honest and trustworthy to hold a permit
  • not have been convicted of an offence that involved dishonesty or any offence punishable by imprisonment of three months or more
  • lodge an individual activity notification seven days prior to conducting an authorised game listed on the minor gaming permit.
