Mobile Business Permit - Southern Midlands Council - Tasmania

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to set up or use a stall, stand or vehicle on a public street for the purpose of selling goods or running a business. This includes food stalls or food vans. If your business serves food directly to customers for immediate consumption on a public street, reserve or car park you must obtain statewide registration as a mobile food business.
