Lead Risk Work Notification - Tasmania

Description

You will need to notify the agency within seven days if you are a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) at a workplace and you determine that work in the workplace is lead risk work. Lead risk work is work that is likely to cause the blood lead level of people carrying out that work to exceed the prescribed level.
