Occupational Licensing (Fit and Proper) Code of Practice 2010 - Tasmania

You will need to comply with this code if you intend to carry out one of the following occupations:

  • electrical contractor
  • electrical practitioner
  • plumbing contractor
  • plumbing practitioner
  • gas-fitting contractor
  • gas-fitting practitioner
  • automotive gas-fitting contractor
  • automotive gas-fitting practitioner.

This code sets the provisions against which a licence holder is judged to be a fit and proper person.
