Permit to Carry On a Business in a Reserve, Park, or Public Place - West Tamar Council - Tasmania

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to carry on a business in a public place. This includes to sell, hawk, lease, hire, or offer for sale any of the following:

  • merchandise, article or thing
  • profession, trade or occupation for financial reward
  • conduct any commercial activity
  • land, goods, chattels or property.

Depending on the requirements of your local council, this permit may not cover the sale of food. If your business involves selling food in a public place, you may need to apply for a different permit.
