Description

You may require approval if you intend to conduct activities in a public place. Public places include reserves, parks, car parks or roads. Such activities may include:

  • conducting collections for charitable purposes
  • public amusement or entertainment
  • possessing, supplying or selling liquor 
  • organised sporting activities, contests, competitions, practice or training
  • offering equipment for hire or public use
  • activities with animals
  • launching or landing an aircraft in a public area
  • driving, parking or leaving a vehicle not on public roads.
