Permit to Deface, Alter or Remove a Tree - Derwent Valley Council - Tasmania

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to deface, alter or remove a tree on private land. Some land titles have a tree protection order attached to them. You may therefore require approval from Council before trees can be removed. You may also require a Planning Permit if you are in a special zone, for example an environmental protection or landscape protection zone.
