You will need this permit if you intend to display, exhibit, distribute, or cause to be distributed, any advertising material on a road, reserve, park, marine facility, car park or other public place. Advertising material includes, but is not limited to either:
- books
- cards, offers or handbills
- notices or pamphlets
- print, paper or placards
- tickets.
