Permit to Drive or Park Over a Footpath - Tasmania

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to drive, park, or permit a vehicle to be driven or parked over a footpath, kerb or gutter of any highway. This includes to or from any site or premises where building or excavating works are, or are about to be, in progress. Vehicles may include, but are not limited to:

  • a trailer, including a boat trailer
  • motor vehicles
  • trucks
  • a skip bin or waste collection bin.
